This page explains what data the website collects, why it is used, and how you can control it.
1. Who collects the data
The site is owned and operated by Serhii Husiev, a self-employed contractor registered in Ukraine. Contact: @bro19s on Telegram.
2. What data is collected
Contact form data: name, phone number or Telegram username, your business niche and the service you selected. You enter this yourself when sending a request.
Technical visit data (only if you accepted cookies): IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you viewed. Collected via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel. TikTok Pixel also records on-page actions: button clicks, clicks through to messengers, scroll depth, and starting or submitting the form.
How the page is used (only if you accepted cookies): clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, collected by Microsoft Clarity as anonymised session recordings and heatmaps. Text you type into forms is masked automatically and is not recorded.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Replying to your request and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Analytics and advertising measurement on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Google: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time — see section 5.
Form data is never used for newsletters or marketing without your separate consent, and is not shared with anyone other than the services listed in section 4.
4. Who the data is shared with
Form submissions are sent directly to me through the official Telegram Bot API (Telegram FZ-LLC). The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. If you accepted cookies, technical data is also processed by:
Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads) — see the Google Privacy Policy;
Your data may be processed outside the EU/EEA, including in Ukraine and the United States.
5. Cookies
Analytics and marketing tools load only after you press “Accept all” in the banner. If you choose “Only necessary”, they are not loaded at all. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the banner does not appear on every visit.
You can change your choice at any time:
Consent cleared. The banner will appear again on the main page.
6. Your rights
Access the data stored about you;
Have it corrected or deleted;
Restrict or object to the processing;
Receive your data in a portable format;
Withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, message me on Telegram — @bro19s. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
7. How long data is kept
Requests stay in the Telegram conversation until our work together ends or until you ask me to delete them. Analytics data follows each service's defaults: Google Analytics — 14 months by default; Microsoft Clarity session recordings — up to 30 days, aggregated reports up to 13 months; Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel — per their own rules.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page.
